Q: How many passengers can fly at one time?

A: Up to three passengers can fly at the same time. For parties of four or more, multiple trips can be made. If there is an open seat, we may fill it with another guest.

Q: Do your helicopters have weight limits?

A: 300 lbs. is the weight limit for any one passenger. The weight limit for all 3 passengers cannot exceed 600lbs.

Q: What type of helicopters do you fly?

A: We fly Robinson R44 helicopters. There are a total of 3 passenger seats which is great because that gives everyone a window seat!

Q: What time should I book my flight for?

A: We recommend booking in the morning if possible. That way if there is a weather delay we may be able to move your flight to a more suitable time in the afternoon.

Q: Is there an age limit for passengers?

A: There is no age limit, but passengers under 24 months old must ride on an adults lap free of charge.

A: Yes! Please bring your camera, GoPro, or other recording device!

Q: What is your safety record?

A: We take pride in our perfect safety record and implement every measure to maintain it.

Q: What should we wear?

A: Dress for comfort and the current climate. We suggest bringing sunglasses as well.

Q: Will I get motion sickness?

A: This is a professional scenic tour, not a thrill ride so you should not experience any discomfort. Our flights are very smooth and turns are slow and gentle.

Q: Do I need a reservation?

A: It is highly recommended you make a reservation.  During the peak summer months we book up early. So please make your reservation early to assure a flight that fits with your schedule.

Q: Do you ever have delays to your flights?

A: If we are experiencing inclement weather, delays are possible.
